Sign-Out a Device
ATTENTION ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
If your child is in need of a device at home for remote e-Learning days, you may complete and submit the form below. More information regarding how/when you will receive your devices will be sent home during the first week of school.
If your child needs to sign-out a device with internet access to complete their e-Learning Day assignments, Please click on the e-Learning Day Device Request Form and we will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up. Or you can contact the school at 609-861–2821 ext: 999 and we will be happy to assist you.
