Classroom Supply Lists


Please be sure your child has a full-sized backpack or book bag (To hold folders 8.5 x 11 inches)

  •  One pocket folder for daily paper and communication
  • 1 pencil box
  • 1 8-16pk of crayons
  • 1 8pk washable markers
  • 1 pair of child scissors
  • 2 regular pencils
  • 1 Crayola watercolor paint set
  • 3 glue sticks
  • 2 glue bottles
  • Rest Items- pillow and blanket it has to fit in cubby
  • sweatshirt to keep in class (it gets chilly)
  • full change of clothes that are weather appropriate.(socks and undies too !!)
  • diapers / pull ups and wipes if potty training is still underway
  • 1 box ziplock bags …. Boys: bring gallon size   Girls: bring sandwich size



  • A backpack big enough to hold a pocket folder and a lunch box, but it should  be soft enough to “squish” into a cubby. (No rolling wheels please… cubbies are only 7 inches wide!)
  •       1 Box of 24 Crayola Crayons
  •       3 Large Glue Sticks
  •       1 Box of #2 pencils (preferably Ticonderoga)
  •       1 Multi-Pack of Expo (Dry Erase) Markers
  •       1 Pack of Washable Crayola Markers (preferably thick)

PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN a crayon box with your child! It will already be provided!

1st Grade

  •    1 pencil box ( no larger than 3” high by  8” wide )Please put your child’s name on their pencil box
  •         4 large pink erasers
  •        1 dozen  #2 pencils ( sharpened please J )
  •        1 pair of student sized scissors
  •        2 black dry erase markers
  •        1 box of 24 crayons
  •        3 large glue sticks
  •        1 box of colored pencils
  •        1 box of washable markers
  •        1 backpack ( no rolling backpacks, please J )
  •        1 pencil sharpener

BOYS ONLY– 1 box of quart size zip lock bags

GIRLS ONLY – 1box of gallon size zip lock bags

2nd Grade

  • 1 plastic pencil box
  • 1 jumbo book sock
  • 1 clean sock for wipe off boards (does not have to be new)
  • 1 pack of washable markers (not sharpie)
  • 1 student size scissors
  • 1 box of 16 or 24 count crayons
  • 1 marble composition book (primary lines preferred)
  • 1 Block eraser or pack of pencil top erasers

Girls – sandwich size zipper lock bags

Boys-  gallon size zipper lock bags

*headphones for ipads are suggested, but not required.  These can be purchased relatively cheap at Five Below.  If your child already has headphones for home, they can keep them in their backpack and bring them back and forth.  

3rd Grade

  •   1 Plastic Pencil Box
  •         1 Jumbo Book Sock
  •         1 Clean Sock (used to wipe dry erase boards)
  •         1 Pack of Washable Markers (no Sharpies or permanent markers, please)
  •         1 Students Size Scissors
  •         1 Box of  16 or 24 Crayons
  •         One Block Eraser or a Pack of Pencil Top Erasers
  •         3 Dry Erase Markers
  •         1 Box of Pencils number 2
  •         3 Elmer's Glue Sticks
  •         One Box of Ziploc Bags (Girls- Gallon Sized, Boys- Sandwich Sized)

4th Grade

  • 1 box of tissues
  • 1 large book sock
  • 1 gallon of Ziploc Baggies (with zipper slide)
  • 2 marble composition books
  • 1 box of washable markers
  • 1- 12 pack of #2 pencils
  • 1 box of colored pencils
  • 1 pair of student scissors
  • 2 big pink erasers or pack of eraser caps

*headphones for Chrome books are suggested, but not required.  These can be purchased relatively cheap at Five Below.  If your child already has headphones for home, they can keep them in their backpack and bring them back and forth.

5th Grade

  • 1 Book Sock (textbook size or jumbo)
  • 5 regular pocket folders (1 per subject – blue, red, yellow, green - and 1 homework folder)
  • Pencil case or box
  • Hand held pencil sharpener
  • Sharpened pencils (suggested 2 boxes of Dixon Ticonderoga)
  • Erasers
  • Highlighter
  • (2) Dry Erase markers and (1) eraser (socks work great!)
  • Black 1 inch 3 ring binder (for specials classes)
  • (4) -3-hole pocket folders (for specials classes)
  • (2) -single subject spiral notebooks

6th Grade

-3-ring binder (at least 2 inches thick, Trapper Keeper, zipper binder that zips closed, etc)

-8 2-pocket folders in these colors: red(math), green(science), blue(language arts),

yellow(social studies),orange(health), black(art/music), purple(Spanish), any color (for   homework folder)

-3-hole zippered pencil case(to be kept in binder)

-Hand-held pencil sharpener


-Pencil cap erasers

Math Class
1 one subject spiral notebook

Language Arts class
3-ring binder -1 ½ inches thick (not a zippered binder, this stays in the classroom)
1 pack of 3-inch sticky notes

Suggested supplies to keep at home:
Markers/crayons/colored pencils
Tape/glue stick

7th Grade

  • 6-8 single subject notebooks OR 1-2 5-subject notebooks (your choice!) for Language Arts ONLY!  You don’t need them all at once - and depending how large your handwriting is, you may need fewer or more.
  • 1 folder for Language Arts papers
  • Lots of pencils and erasers.  Everybody makes mistakes!
  • Pens - if you like pens, stick to traditional, boring blue & black, please.
  • Hand-held pencil sharpeners (electric pencil sounds are up there with nails on the chalkboard)
  • Post-its
  • Highlighters

If you like the one-binder-with-all-subjects’-folders method of organizing, go for it. If you prefer another method of organizing your materials, go for that. Seventh grade is all about figuring out what works for you!

7th & 8th Grade Social Studies

-Pack of Pens / Pencils
- 3 ring binder (at least 2 inches thick)
-book cover for textbook
-Set of highlighters - any color (recommended only)
-1 subject notebook

7th & 8th Grade Science

-1 Folder
-Pack of Pencils

8th Grade ELA

Each student needs:

  1. 4- 1 subject college ruled notebooks just for English Language Arts Class. You need 1 for each marking period. You can buy 1 per marking period or take advantage of back to school sales and stock up over the summer. You could also get 4 college ruled composition notebooks. Get whichever is cheaper.
  1. Students in 8-1 bring in 2 yellow 2 pocket folders
  1. Students in 8-2 bring in 2 green 2 pocket folders
  1. Students in 8-3 bring in 2 blue 2 pocket folders
  1. Please have plenty of pencils. A pencil pouch will help you hang on to them throughout the school year.  Buy some extra packs to keep at home.

7th Grade Math

-2 Notebooks
-3 ring binder
-Dividers for the binder
-5 different colored highlighters
-Pack of pencils
-Scientific Calculator (TI-30xa is preferred)
-Pencil sharpener

8th Grade Math

-Notebook (1 subject is fine but may need more than one)
-Folder (for handouts)
-Scientific Calculator (TI-30xa is preferred)
-Ruler (for home use)
