The Dennis Township School District uses the MYPROCARE PARENT PORTAL to allow Parent/Guardians to SCHEDULE & PAY ONLINE for our HAWKS NEST Before & After School Care program.
If you are NEW to our HAWKS NEST Before & After School Care program: YOU MUST REGISTER HERE - HAWKS NEST REGISTRATION FORM (You ONLY need to register if your child has NEVER attended Hawks Nest)
After you have successfully registered, you will receive an email with instructions regarding how to log into your MYPROCARE PARENT PORTAL.
Once you have successfully logged into your MYPROCARE PARENT PORTAL, please click on the links below for instructions regarding how to begin using the MYPROCARE PARENT PORTAL.
*PLEASE NOTE - HAWKS NEST SCHEDULES for the upcoming month MUST BE COMPLETED by the last day of the previous month. Schedules are only for reference so we know when to expect your child. You will NOT be charged based on the schedule you create. HAWKS NEST CHARGES will be posted to your account at the beginning of every month, based on your child’s actual Hawks Nest ATTENDANCE FROM THE PREVIOUS MONTH. Balances in excess of $200 per child or $400 for two or more children, which are past due for over 30 days, could render your child temporarily ineligible for Hawk's Nest. If you have a special circumstance which affects your ability to pay, please contact the office.
