On Friday, March 23rd, Dennis Township School District celebrated a belated World Down Syndrome Day. Staff and students wore crazy socks and Nothing Down t-shirts to support and bring attention to the cause. Staff dressed down and donated to The Nothing Down Organization, whose mission is to show the world that there is nothing down about Down syndrome, to educate parents, future parents, and the world about Down syndrome, and to build a community for families with Down syndrome to learn from and lean on in times of need.
