The 4th grade received a visit from the Cape May County Lighthouse Keeper Rich. He taught the students about the 19 lighthouses along the NJ coast and the many others throughout our country. We learned many facts about Lighthouses. Did you know the CMC Lighthouse was first lit on October 31, 1859? The oldest lighthouse in America is at Sandy Hook. It was an exciting visit!
