January 2017 Employees of the Month for Dennis Township School District: Primary School Nurse Courtney Herlihy and Elementary School education support professional Paulette Hoffman.
As a school nurse, Herlihy has provided caring medical prevention and response services for many years in the district. A resident of Dennis Township, three of her children are proud graduates of Dennis Township schools with one getting ready to graduate eighth grade this year. Presently working with fourth graders, Hoffman is a veteran classroom aide with many years of experience. She has worked with students from pre-k to seventh grade and enjoys her work both in the classroom and around the school.
Dennis Township Principal Jamie VanArtsdalen implemented the Employees of the Month program to recognize more employees for their hard work and dedication. Employees of the Month receive a certificate, use of a designated parking spot for the month and the acclaim of their administrator and colleagues.
