DT Boys to Men and Hawkettes Clubs

The DT Boys to Men and Hawkettes Clubs had a wonderful visit from Mr. Steve Serwatka who brought along some of his animals. The clubs gathered donations for Mr. Steve and his animal rescue business, New Jersey Nature, that serves the local community and county. Items included gift cards, lightly used hand me down towels and cloths, toys, food, reusable bags, and Tupperware containers. The idea behind the project is to promote giving back, and the understanding that donations do not need to be monetary to be effective. The kids did great, and Mr. Steve put on a great show as always. #dtschoolsrock
