Dear Dennis Township Families,
Rover Labs is scheduled every week to conduct Covid-19 testing in our District. It is a saliva test.
If you would like your child to be tested, please complete the form below and notify Principal VanArtsdalen at [email protected].
You may accompany your child to the testing. Your child can test at either school. Masks must be worn in the school building.
Test Results: You will be contacted with your child's test results.

IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED: DIGITAL CONSENT FORMS
If you have not already done so, please follow the instructions below to complete the required DIGITAL CONSENT FORM.
Below are links to DIGITAL CONSENT FORMS that MUST be completed PRIOR to testing.
Rover Labs has asked that each individual being tested complete the Digital Consent Form FOR THE SCHOOL YOU WILL GO TO FOR TESTING .
The Consent Form only needs to be completed and submitted ONCE for the 2021-2022 school year; however, if at any point during the school year you find yourself needing to be tested at the other school, you MUST complete the Digital Consent for that particular school.
Completing the Digital Consent beforehand will make things go much smoother. If you haven’t completed the Digital Consent Form when you go for your testing, you will be permitted to complete it at the time of testing.
