Travel Guideline Update

Dennis Township School District Travel Guideline Update

As of May 17, 2021, New Jersey's travel advisory is no longer in effect.

New Jersey residents returning home and travelers visiting New Jersey do not need to quarantine, but should follow travel guidance from the CDC, the NJ Department of Health, and all local health and safety protocols of their travel destination.

Cape May County and the southeast area have recently moved to the GREEN zone on the COVID-19 Activity Level Report, which indicates low activity at present.

Due to the low local Covid-19 activity, the district has chosen to follow the NJ Travel Advisory Lift and not require quarantine after travel at this time for staff or students.

In the event our area returns to the Moderate (YELLOW) or High (ORANGE) Covid-19 Activity Level, the district will follow the more conservative CDC Guidelines, which require quarantine for unvaccinated travelers.
