Hello everyone,
I’m happy to announce that starting today everyone can return library items into our book drops! The book drops are open 24/7. If the book drop is full, please return your items another day so they are not damaged. There will be no late fees any time soon. We will be quarantining the books for 72 hours, so if there is a lag on the check ins on your library account, don’t worry.
Starting Monday June 29th we will begin contactless curbside pick up for library items. Starting that day you can place holds on library items by calling your local library or through your online account. Make sure your library information is up to date so we can set up a pick up time with you.

Today is also the first day of our Summer Reading program! We are running summer reading through the Beanstack app and website: https://cmclibrary.beanstack.org/reader365.
Kids, Teens & Adults can log their reading, complete challenges, and attend online events! Monday June 29th at 6:30pm we will have ScienceTellers kicking off the summer events with their stories and science experiments!
If anyone cannot get online to do Summer Reading, they can write how much they read each day on any piece of paper then place it in a library book drop every week or at the end of the program on August 14th. Our goal is for everyone to read at least 30 minutes a week!
Hope the end of your school year has gone smoothly and you all get to relax a little this summer!
