PURPOSE FOR WHICH FACILITY IS TO BE USED:: A Preschool ECAC event in coordination with the 2nd grade. 2nd Grade Big Buddies will assist preschool students with picking a pumpkin from the patch and decorating it. Students will also enjoy a snack and socialization with their 2nd grade buddies.

SETUP START TIME:: 2:00 PM
BREAKDOWN/CLEANUP END TIME:: 3:30 PM
ACTUAL EVENT START TIME:: 2:25 PM
ACTUAL EVENT END TIME:: 3:00 PM
AREA TO BE UTILIZED:: ALL PURPOSE ROOM/CAFETERIA, We would only need the Gym if it is a rainy day.
