BUILDING LOCATION: ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL

SETUP START TIME: 3:15 PM

BREAKDOWN/CLEANUP END TIME: 10:00 PM

ACTUAL EVENT START TIME: 7:00 PM

ACTUAL EVENT END TIME: 9:00 PM

AREA TO BE UTILIZED: KITCHEN FACILITIES, courtyard, 5th grade bathrooms - students will enter through the main entrance, walk down the hall, and enter the courtyard from the double doors in the fifth grade hall. If possible, we'd like fencing by those double doors and by the bathrooms so students do not have access to the 5th grade classroom area. They will access the bathrooms through the other courtyard doors.

NUMBER OF PERSONS EXPECTED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE: 120

WILL ACTIVITY BE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC: No

USE OF SCHOOL EQUIPMENT: TABLES, CHAIRS

IF YES, HOW MANY TABLES AND/OR CHAIRS: 10 tables, 30 chairs, picnic tables that are already in the courtyard
